آزمایش Whole Exome Sequencing
آزمایش WES(Whole Exome Sequencing) جامع ترین و ارزشمندترین آزمایش ژنتیکی که تاکنون شناخته شده است. شامل غربالگری تمامی اطلاعات ژنتیکی یک فرد می باشد. حدود ٨۵٪ از جهش های مسبب بیماری های ژنتیکی در انسان، در نواحی اگزوم رخ می دهد. با آزمایش WES می توان تمامی نواحی اگزوم را از نظر وجود جهش مورد بررسی قرار داد. با انجام این آزمایش می توان علت ژنتیکی بسیاری از بیماری هایی که در گذشته امکان تشخیص برای آنها وجود نداشت را شناسایی کرد. این آزمایش دقيقترين و ارزشمندترين آزمايش ژنتيک برای افرادی است كه ازدواج خويشاوندی دارند
آزمایش HLA typing
- رایج ترین دلیل درخواست این آزمایش، تعیین سازگاری اهداکننده و گیرنده بالقوه برای پیوند عضو یا مغز استخوان است.
- علاوه بر تطبیق پیوند، HLA typing همچنین می تواند در تحقیقات پزشکی قانونی برای کمک به شناسایی افراد، تعیین پدر و مادر و بررسی صحنه های جرم استفاده شود.
- همچنین ممکن است برای تشخیص بیماری‌های خودایمنی خاص، مانند بیماری سلیاک و دیابت نوع 1، و ناهنجاری های دیگر که شامل ناهنجاری‌های سیستم ایمنی مرتبط با انواع خاص ژن HLA است، استفاده شود.
آزمایش Fish
آزمایش FISH در ژنتیک که با نام تکنیک هیبریداسیون در محل هم شناخته میشود، یک تکنیک پیشرفته در سیتوژنتیک پزشکی و ژنتیک مولکولی است. روش تشخیصی fish نقش بسیار مهمی در تشخیص و شناسایی بیماری های مختلف از جمله اختلالات ژنتیکی و سرطان ها دارد. هیبریداسیون فلورسانس درجا، به ما این امکان را می دهد تا با استفاده از رنگ آمیزی، نقاط خاصی از کروموزوم ها و ژن ها را شناسایی کنیم. به این ترتیب روش رنگ آمیزی FISH میتواند تغییرات ناشی از نقص های ژنتیکی و اختلالات مولکولی را تشخیص دهد.

ALEX Allergy Explorer
روشی نوین در تشخیص آلرژی است که امکان اندازه گیری همزمان کل Ige و اختصاصی را برای نزدیک به 300 نوع آلرژن، از بین 120 عصاره و در حدود 180 جزء آلرژن را فراهم می نماید. Igeبنابراین، این آزمایش 99 درصد از همه منابع احتمالی آلرژن نوع 1 را پوشش می دهد.
ALEX Allergy Explorer
اولین آزمایش آلرژی مالتی پلکس آزمایشگاهی است که با استفاده از فناوری بررسی نانو ذرات و با دارا بودن یک پانل آلرژن در حدود 300 عصاره آلرژن ( جهت تشخیص منبع آلرژن )و آلرژن های مولکولی ( جهت انتخاب بهترین روش درمان ) تصویر تقریبا کاملی از وضعیت حساسیت هر بیمار را برای پزشک ترسیم می کند.
آزمایش ocb(oligoclonalband)
تست ocb(oligoclonalband)یک تست مهم تشخیصی برای بیماری ms(multiple slerosis) می باشد روش گلد استاندارد برای انجام این تستIEF می باشد که با دستگاه کمپانی sebia فرانسه قابل انجام است تفاوت این متد با الکتروفورز تفاوت ph در دوطرف قطب کاتد و آند و تغییر پیوسته جریان برق عبوری در حین انجام تست به طور اتوماتیک توسط دستگاه و در نهایت افزودن anti IgG می باشد پس از انجام تست و افزودن ttf3 باندها نمایان میشوند و حضور تعداد دو یا بیشتر باند الیگوکلونال در مایع نخاع نشان از مثبت بودن تست دارد نکته حائز اهمیت نمونه گیری سرم و مایع نخاع در یک روز می باشد .آزمایشات زیرگروه تست میتونیم به igg وalbسرم وcsf اشاره کنیم.
